(Bendel Gardens)
The CRRC monthly group run (Bendel Gardens) will be held on the third Saturday of every month. If a race is scheduled for the third Saturday, the run will be rescheduled to the next free Saturday. This is due to the need of club members to operate the scheduled race(s).
The group meets at 8:00 A.M. in the Bendel Subdivision entrance from Bendel Road. The run starts promptly at 8:15 A.M. Everybody is welcome to join us, no matter what your run pace is.
This run includes two distances: Approximately 3 miles (2 loops with hills)
and a 8-10 mile run (first 3 miles is with the 3 mile group on the 2 loops).
Run participants will receive 5 club volunteer points.
