Everyone is invited to attend the Notre Dame Project Graduation 5K Walk/Run to be held on Saturday March 28, 2009. All proceeds from this race will help to ensure the safety of our Notre Dame 2009 Senior Class on Graduation Night.

Course

The Walk/Run will begin a Notre Dame High School, 910 North Eastern Avenue, Crowley, Louisiana, and proceed through the beautiful Historic District of Crowley.

Entry Fee

$20.00-Make checks payable to Notre Dame Project Graduation

Late Registration

Race day 7a to 7:45 am at Notre Dame High School

T-shirts

All participants will receive an “I survived the 2009 Notre Dame 5K Walk/Run T shirt.

Pre-Register to guarantee a t-shirt on race day, all late entries may pick up T-shirts directly from Bayou Silk Screening

Refreshments

Fresh fruit and drinks will be available for runners after the race.

Waiver: I assume all risks associated with running this event, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including high heat, humidity, traffic, and other conditions on the road, all risks being known and appreciated by me. I and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release all race directors, Notre Dame High School, and the City of Crowley from all claims and liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event.
